- Destination, dates, number of travellers and children’s ages — without passport or payment details.
- Requested service, approximate budget and what your client has already booked.
- Who will quote, collect payment, service the booking and handle cancellations.
- The applicable remuneration, its calculation basis, payment conditions and any programme fees.
